Q : 兩個系列的產品該如何清洗保養?
How to clean and wash the products?
A : 1 ) 請跟洗水標籤指示洗滌 (如右圖)
  內容如下:
   • 首次洗滌請與其他衣物分開
   • 水洗，最高水溫30度
   • 不可漂白
   • 懸掛晾乾
   • 熨斗底板最高溫度110度
   • 不可乾洗
2 ) 防止在太陽下長時間暴曬
3 ) 不可長時間浸泡
4 ) 洗的時候翻轉到織物的反面洗滌

1 ) Please wash the bedding products according to the washing
     instructions stated on the label, included –
   • Wash separately from other clothes
   • Wash with maximum temperature 30 °C
   • Do not bleach
   • Line drying
   • Iron at maximum sole plate temperature of 110°C, steam ironing may cause
      irreversible damage
   • Do not dry cleaning
2 ) Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight
3 ) Do not soak
4 ) Wash inside out
5 ) Please avoid using laundry sanitizers that may cause chemical reaction to product.

What is the principle of CASA’s 5A functions?
How does it achieve air purification, anti-mold, anti-mite, anti-bacterial and anti-odor?
A : CASA-V產品均以日本研發技術，採用高科技物料，在光線或摩擦的作用下產生光催化反應，當空氣中的有機污染物、細菌與床品表面接觸時，即被氧化分解及殺滅，同時抑制多種細菌生長，如大腸桿菌，肺炎桿菌，金黃葡萄球菌等，並把有害物質轉化為無污染的水和二氧化碳（空氣中所含元素），為用家創造無菌家居環境。

CASA-V adopts high-tech material with Japanese technology in product which activates the photocatalytic reaction in the presence of light or friction, and assists to oxidize and decompose various organic pollutants, while inhibiting the growth of bacteria such as Colibacillus,Pneumobacillus and Staphylococcus aureus etc. As a result, bacteria and organic pollutants can be broken down into water and carbon dioxide, creating a carefree sleep environment in green style.
Q : CASA-V 5A功能是否已獲得認證?
Has the CASA-V’s 5A functions been certified?
A : CASA-V採用的高科技物料，已獲得日本化學纖維檢驗協會認證，及通過美國聯邦食品藥物管理局FDA檢測。另外，CASA-V已通過多種檢測，證實抑制多種細菌生長，如大腸桿菌、肺炎桿菌、金黃葡萄球菌等，抑菌率均超過90%。另外測試結果亦顯示，物料有效分解氨氣及甲硫醇氣體等刺激氣味，特別甲醛去除率更超過92%，從而達到防臭及淨化空氣。而產品的防蟎及防霉級別亦已通過國家標準檢測。

The high-tech material adopted by CASA-V has already certified by the Japan Chemical Fiber Testing Association and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In addition, CASA-V products have also been proved to inhibit the growth of various bacteria by different tests in national standard, included Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus etc with over 90% inhibition rate overall. Furthermore, the test result also shows that the material effectively decomposes ammonia, methanethiol gas and other irritating odors, especially formaldehyde in removal rate over 92%, thereby it achieves function of anti-odor and air purifying. The grades of anti-mite and anti-mite have also been proved by tests done in national standards.
Q : 嬰兒及懷孕人士可以使用CASA-V的床品嗎?
Are CASA-V products safe for babies and pregnant women?
A : 嬰兒及懷孕人士是最需要遠離細菌病毒塵，而且CASA-V的高科技物料已通過有效認證，證明不會對人體有害，所以嬰兒及懷孕人士是絕對適合CASA-V。

Infants and pregnant women are the most need to stay away from virus and dust. CASA-V material is proven to be safe for infants and gravidas, which the 5A functions create a safer and cleaner environment for living.
Q : CASA-V的物料會經洗滌已失去功效嗎?
Will the CASA-V material lose its effectiveness after wash by wash?
A : CASA-V所使用的高科技物料效果，經測試證實洗滌50次後依然能保持97%。而一般程度的觸摸、洗滌等並不會損害或影響此物料效果。

The high-tech material in CASA-V products has been tested to maintain 97% after 50 washes. Normal touch and washing do not damage or affect the effect of this material.
Q : 寢具的針數是如何計算?
How is number of thread count in bedding calculated?
A : 針數是用來衡量寢具舒適度的準則之一，計算方法為在10cm的區域中，經紗與緯紗加起來的總數。針數越高，代表織法越複雜細密，質感提升，觸感也更加柔軟。同時針數高也表示所使用的棉紗越細，等級越高，因此布質也會越細膩強韌。

Thread count of bedding products refers to the density of yarns of the fabric used, and is one of the criteria used to measure the comfortability of a bedding. Generally thread count is calculated in every 10cm of fabric in standard, and represents the total number of warp and weft yarns. The higher the number of yarn, the higher the density of yarn arrangement and hence smoother the texture, and the finer the cotton yarn used, indicating the fabric is finer and better in durability.
Q : 兩個系列的針數是多少?
What is the thread count of two series in the redemption program?
A : CASA-V珍珠絲緹花系列為1690針/10cm（接觸肌膚的被袋底和床笠則是純棉材質900針/10cm）。而CASA-V活性印花純棉系列是840針/10cm。

The thread count of CASA-V Pearl Silk Series is 1690 threads/10cm. (Fabric on back of quilt cover and fitted sheet are in cotton material with 900 threads/10cm) For CASA-V Reactive Print Cotton Series, the thread count is 840 threads/10cm.
Q : 為何CASA-V珍珠絲緹花系列的被袋底和床笠是900針純棉材質?
In CASA-V Pearl Silk Series, why the Back of Quilt Cover and Fitted Sheet are both in Cotton with 900 threads instead?
A : 為保持產品最佳親膚性及透氣性，接觸肌膚的被袋底和床笠特別採用了100%精疏純棉，天然親膚棉花不對肌膚引致刺激，就算肌膚敏感人士也可使用；而純棉擁有更優異的吸濕透氣性，更可吸收環境中水分而令質感更柔軟；加上其900針/10cm高針觸感，為用家帶來最貼心舒適的睡眠享受。

Q : 產品會脫色嗎? 一般可以用多久?
Will the colors on product fade? How long does it usually last?
A : 產品均經測試中心認證，色牢度高。只要按洗水標籤指示洗滌保養即可。

The products are certified by the testing center and proven to have high color fastness. Please always follow the instructions on washing label for washing and cleaning.
Q : 被芯該如何套入被袋? 被袋有相應設計讓被芯容易套入嗎?
How should the quilt be inserted into the quilt cover?
is the quilt cover designed for easier change and use?
A : 被袋附有綁帶，能固定被芯位置，使其不易走位。

There are straps attached in every corner inside the quilt cover for fixing the quilt in position.
Q : 床笠是否只有四角才有橡筋?
Are the rubber bands designed in only four corners of fitted sheet?
A : Casablanca所有床笠均是貼心的全橡筋設計，不單只有四角，令床笠不易移位，更輕鬆整理床鋪。

All fitted sheets produced in Casablanca are full sided in rubber band for making the bed easiest, not only four corners.
Q : 被袋的拉鏈是否斷抦而屬壞貨?
The zipper in quilt cover is without slider. Is it damaged?
A : Casablanca所有被袋均設有獨特無抦拉鏈設計，其貼心目的是希望用家不被拉鏈抦打擾睡眠，甚至梗到或刮傷皮膚，請放心使用。

The No-slider Zipper is a special design exclusively by Casablanca. The purpose of this design is to reduce the chance of disturb during sleep, or even scratch to skin of user.
